Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing my production services 😃! By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

The following services are currently offered:

Mix & Master
Custom Production + Mix & Master

Each service includes professional mixing and mastering tailored to your project. Details regarding project preparation are provided separately in the Project Preparation Guide.

2. Production Queue

All orders are completed in the order they are received.

After your purchase, your project will be placed into the production queue. If there are projects ahead of yours, work on your project will begin once those projects have been completed.

Estimated wait times may vary depending on current demand.

3. The No-Risk Delivery Guarantee

The guaranteed turnaround time begins once your project reaches the front of the production queue and all required files and information have been received.

The No-Risk Delivery Guarantee says:

Mix & Master (2-Part or Instrumental): Completed within 24 hours after work begins.
Mix & Master (Beat and Vocal Mix): Completed within 48 hours after work begins.
Custom Production + Mix & Master: Completed within 1 week after work begins.

If I fail to deliver within the guaranteed turnaround time for reasons within my control, you will receive a full refund while still receiving your completed project at no additional charge!

This guarantee does not apply if delays result from incomplete submissions, missing files, delayed customer responses, or requested changes after work has begun.

4. Revisions

Every order includes up to two (2) revisions at no additional charge. Turnaround times for revisions vary.

Revisions may include adjustments such as:

Volume balance
EQ
Compression
Effects
Automation
Replacing performances
Other reasonable mix changes

Revisions do not include:

Recording new material
Adding new instruments or vocals after work has begun
Significant arrangement changes
Any changes that substantially alter the scope of the original project

Additional revisions or major project changes may require an additional fee or a new order.

5. Final Approval

Once you confirm that you are satisfied with your project, it will be considered complete and your order will be marked as fulfilled.

Please review your project carefully before providing final approval.

6. Ownership

You retain full ownership of all music, recordings, and intellectual property submitted for your project.

By submitting your files, you confirm that you have the legal authority to use and distribute all materials provided.

I do not claim ownership of your music or recordings!

7. Portfolio Use

Unless requested otherwise before work begins, I may use brief excerpts of completed projects for portfolio, website, or social media demonstrations.

If you would like your project to remain confidential, simply let me know before work begins.

8. Refund Policy

Because every project is custom-made, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

The only exception is the turnaround guarantee described in Section 3.

9. Professional Conduct

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases involving abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct. A half-refund will follow my refusal.
